摘　　要：目的　研究门脉高压症患者胃镜检查的意义。方法　使用电子胃镜观察 2 41例肝硬化病人。结果　发现曲张静脉的部位、类型、程度、合并胃粘膜病变、消化性溃疡及手术前后的改变。结论　胃镜检查对门脉高压症的诊断、鉴别诊断。Objective To study the singificance of fibergastroscope examining portal hypertension.Method Used the electrical fibergastroscope,241 patients with the cirrhotic liver were observed.Results The position,type,extent of variceal veins,the association with gastric mucosa lesion,peptic ulcer and the change of before and after the operations were found out.Conclusions Fibergastroscope is of very important significance for diagnosis,differential diagosis,treatment and prognosis judgement of portal hypertension.
