摘　　要：目的　观察超关节外固定架和有限内固定治疗胫骨平台粉碎、塌陷骨折临床效果 ,探讨此项技术手术要点和注意问题。　方法　自 1 995年～ 2 0 0 1年 1月 ,对 3 5例胫骨平台粉碎、塌陷骨折行超关节外固定架牵引复位固定 ,同时有限内固定。　结果　病人骨折对位、关节功能恢复满意 ,总优良率 94%。　结论　超关节外固定架和有限内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折效果显著 ,值得推广。Objective To study the operative technique and clinic result of the treatment for the patients with comminuted and depressed fractures of tibial plateau with an over articular external fixator and limited internal fixation. Methods From January, 1995 to January,2001,35 cases with comminuted and depressed fractures of tibial plateau were treated by traction reduction with an over articular external fixator and limited internal fixation. Results All cases were satisfactory,total excellent and good rate was 94%. Conclusion The treatment for comminuted and depressed fractures of tibial plateau with over articular external fixator and limited internal fixation has high value and may be extensive application.
