正常垂体高度的解剖与MRI测量对比研究

摘　　要：目的　对正常成人垂体高度MRI与解剖测量进行比较。方法　采用 1.5超导磁共振系统 ,对垂体连续薄层自旋回波T1加权成像 ,测量 14 0 0例成人垂体正中矢状位高度 ,并与国内外资料相对比。结果　国内正常成人垂体高度均值为 6.6± 2 .1mm ,明显大于多数国内外解剖测量资料 ,统计具有非常显著性差异。结论　解剖测量垂体的高度值小于MRI测量的高度值。Objective To compare the height of normal pituitary measured by MRI with anatomy.Methods 1400 cases of pituitary height were measured on sagittal T 1WI MR image.We compared the average height of pituitary measured by MRI with anatomy data.Results The average height of pituitary was 6.6±2.1 mm,it was larger than that of anatomy data.there was a statistics significant difference.Conclusion The height of pituitary measured by anatomy was smaller than the MRI one.
