摘　　要：目的　探讨心导管术后的外周血管并发症的发生原因、临床表现和处理方法。　方法　对心导管术后有外周血管并发症的患者的临床资料进行分析。　结果　本院 1 996年 1月～ 2 0 0 0年 1月共完成各类心导管术 5 0 8例 ,发现外周血管并发症 2 8例 (5 .5 % ) ,其中局部血肿 2 2例 ,假性动脉瘤 1例 ,动静脉瘘 1例 ,静脉血栓形成 2例 ,动脉血栓形成 1例 ,股神经功能障碍 1例。所有并发症经内科保守治疗后均好转。　结论　心导管术后外周血管并发症不可忽视 ,但只要及时处理 ,绝大多数预后良好。Objective To explore the cause,clinical manifestation and management of peripheral vascular complications after cardiac catheterization. Methods Clinical data of patients with peripheral vascular complications after cardiac catheterization were analyxed. Results 508 various cardiac catheterizations have been completed in Jan 1996～Jan 2000.28 cases(5.5%) with peripheral vascular complication were found,including 22 cases of local hematoma,1 case of pseudoaneurysm,1 case of arteriovenous fistula,2 cases of venous thrombosis,1 case of arterial thrombosis and 1 case of femoral nerve malfunction.All the complications were relieved after conservative medical therapy. Conclusion Peripheral vascular complications after cardiac catheterization shouldn't be ingnored.Prognosis of overwhelmingly most complications are good provided they are timely managed.
