摘　　要：针对石油组份及结构的变化，采用基于改进的红外光谱技术及先进的计算机控制技术，研制了适用于炼油厂测量石油产品及其中间产品中有机酸的在线智能光谱分析仪，经一年的工业现场运行表明该种仪表具有运行稳定可靠、分析快速准确和维护操作简便的优点．An on-line intelligent spectrum analyser suitable for determination of organic acid in petroleum products and its intermediate products of oil refinery is developed by means of improved infrared spectrum technique and advanced computer control technique according to the variation of composition and structure of petroleum. It is shown after one-year's field operation of this analyser that it features stable and reliable operation, quick and accurate analysis, and simple manipulation and maintenance.
