摘  要:以化学法合成的新生MnO2 作吸附剂 ,对水中甲基橙染料进行吸附脱色研究 ,探讨了影响吸附的因素和吸附机理。结果表明 :新生MnO2 对甲基橙的吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温式 ,吸附速率大 ,吸附前溶液pH值是影响染料脱色效果的最主要因素 ,吸附后溶液pH值和温度影响较小。在实验条件下可使甲基橙脱色率达 99%In this paper,the decolorization efficiency of an aqueous solution of methyl orange with the fresh MnO 2 as an adsorbent synthesized by chemical process was studied.Influencing factors and the mechanism of adsorption were invertigated in detail.The experimental results showed that the adsorption of dye on the fresh MnO 2 was conformed to the Langmuir isotherm equation with high adsorption rate.pH values of solution before adsorption were the key factor on decolorization,whereas the pH values of solution after adsorption and the temperature have less effect.The efficiency of decolorization was up to 99% in our experiment.
