摘　　要：我国现行的户籍管理制度是在 2 0世纪 5 0年代确立的 ,它已成为转移农村富余劳动力、建立全国统一的劳动力市场的障碍 ;改革户籍管理制度 ,必须破除一系列的错误观念 。The actual household register ation system which was established in the 1950s has become the barrier for the transfer of excessive country labours and the estabishment of the nationwide uniform labour markets.In order to reform the household register ation system, we should get rid of many false notions and carry through fruitful innovations in system.
