摘　　要：在生产实践的基础上 ,通过一系列工艺表明搓丝板的内部组织 ,齿形加工及热处理质量对其寿命起决定性作用。On the basis of production,a series of process indicate that the lifespan of flat is mainly determined by internal structure,tooth shape processing and the quality of heat treatment.
