摘  要:通过 β -萘酚和 4 ,4′ -二氟二苯甲酮的缩合反应 ,合成了一种新芳醚单体——— 4 ,4′ -二 (β -萘氧基 )二苯甲酮 .将其在亲电反应条件下和二苯醚、芳二酰氯进行共缩聚反应 ,制备了聚醚酮酮 含萘环聚醚酮醚酮酮无规共聚物 ,用IR、WAXD、DS、TG和溶解性试验等方法对其进行了表征 .di(β-naphthoxy)benzophenone was prepared by the condensation reaction of β-naphthol with 4,4′-difluorobenzophenone in DMAC in the presence of K 2CO 3.A series of poly(ether ketone ketone)/poly(ether ketone ether ketone ketone) random copolymers containing naphthalene ring were synthesized by low-temperature solution polycondensation of diphenyl ether and 4,4′-di(β-naphthoxy)benzophenone with aromatic diacid chlorides such as terephthaloyl chloride(TPC) and isophthaloyl chloride(IPC) in the presence of AlCl 3/NMP/ClCH 2CH 2Cl as a complex catalyst/solvent system.The copolymers obtained were characterized by IR?DSC?TG?WAXD,etc.The results suggest that the T g?T m?T d and crystallinity of the copolymers decrease with the increase of IPC content(mol%),the novel random copolymers display excellent heat-resistance and good chemical-resistance.
