摘  要:以交联的聚芳醚酮酮和 2 0 %发烟硫酸合成磺化聚芳醚酮酮 (S -PEKK)树脂并用于氯乙酸和甲醇的催化酯化 .最佳条件 :醇酸摩尔比为 2 .5∶1,S -PEKK用量为 8g/mol氯乙酸 ,回流时间 4h ,反应温度为 90~ 110℃ ,酯化率可达 93%.S -PEKK具有催化活性好、可循环使用等特点 .The sulfonated poly(aryl ether ketone ketone)(S-PEKK) resin was synthesized by reaction of cross-linking poly(aryl ether ketone ketone)(PEKK) with 20% fuming sulphuric acid as sulfonating agent and used to catalyze the reaction of chloroacetic acid and methanol.The optimun conditions of preparation were obtained.The molar ratio of methanol to chloroacetic acid was 2.5∶1,the amount of S-PEKK was 8 g per molecular chloroacetic acid,the reaction temperature was 90~110 ℃,reaction time was 4 h,yield of the ester was 93%,S-PEKK exhibited good catalytic activity and could be used repeatedly.
