摘　　要：应用电镜对 1997年本实验室从野外捕获的恒河猴分离的 BV147在 Vero细胞上的形态发生和增殖规律进行了观察。结果表明 ,新分离为 BV147是疱疹病毒属成员 ,在细胞核内复制、增殖 ,在核内膜以“出芽方式”获得囊膜而达到成熟 ,通过细胞的胞吐或膜系统排到细胞外。接毒后 18h病毒主要在核内 ,2 4h则可在核膜间隙。In 1997,an isolate,which was provisionally designated as B virus strain 147(BV147),was obtained from rhesus monkey in China.Electron microscopic examination of the BV147 showed that it had typical herpesvirus morphology,i.e.,an electron dense core with an icosahedral capsid overlaid by an envelope.It appeared to follow the same pathway of maturation as HSV:assembly of nuleocapsids within the nucleus,envelopment of virions budding from inner nuclear membrane,and release to extracellular space in forms of membrane-bound vacuoles or exocytosis.Many naked nucleocapsids were observed at 18 h postinoculation(PI) and many matured virus particles were seen at 24 h within the perinuclear cistern,cytoplasm and extracellular space.
