摘 要:探讨二硫化碳 ( CS2 )对大鼠和接触工人的生殖效应。将交配成功的雌鼠在妊娠第 7~ 14 d每天吸入 15 0、 5 0、10 m g/ m3的 CS2 ,按常规观察其 F1 代生长发育和 F2 代的致畸作用 ;以 CS2 接触工人为对象 ,了解其对月经、妊娠结局的影响。研究表明 ,CS2 可使 F1 代出生后的大鼠生长发育明显减慢 ;F1 代孕鼠肝脏器系数 15 0、 5 0 mg/ m3组与对照组比较有显著差异 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,血清微量元素铜、锌含量明显降低 ;CS2 对 F2 代有明显的致畸作用 ,主要引起骨骼系统和中枢神经系统畸形。CS2 接触女工月经异常率比对照组高 2 .3 2倍 ,且工龄越长其异常率越高。单纯女工接触和女工及其配偶均接触 CS2 组早产率和自然流产率都比对照组高。故应加强对接触女工的生殖健康保健。The reproductive effects of carbon disulfide (CS 2 ) on rat and the exposed workers were studied. The pregnant rats were treated with CS 2 at concentrations of 150,50,10 mg/m 3 ,during the period of day 7 through day 14 of gestation. The growth and development of F 1 rats and teratogenic effects of F 2 rats were observed. Effects of CS2 on the menstruation and pregnancy results of the exposed workers were also observed. As compard with control group, there was an obvious retardation in growth and development of F 1 rats after born, and the liver organ coefficients of the pregnant rats (F 1 ) exposed to concentrations of 150, 50 mg/m 3 CS 2 were obviously decreased (P<0 05) and the contents of serum cooper and zinc significantly decreased(P<0 01). CS 2 produced significant teratogenicity in F 2 rats in skeletal system and in central nervous system. The results showed exposure group was 2 32 times of control group in menstruation abnormal rate which was related to exposed time. The rate of premature birth and spontaneous abortion in women or couples exposed to CS 2 was higher than in the control group. The reproductive health protection should be consolidated on the exposure women.
