摘  要:为探讨细胞间粘附分子 - 1( ICAM- 1)在妊高征子宫蜕膜及胎盘中的表达 ,在 2 0例正常妊娠及 2 4例中、重度妊高征患者中 ,以选择性剖宫产取其子宫蜕膜及胎盘 ,用免疫组织化学方法检测其 ICAM- 1的表达 ,发现妊高征子宫蜕膜的血管中可见 ICAM- 1阳性的滋养细胞侵入 ,且这些血管周围有淋巴细胞浸润 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;胎盘合体滋养细胞染色明显强于正常妊娠 ( P<0 .0 0 1)。结果表明 :ICAM- 1阳性滋养细胞侵入蜕膜血管伴血管周围淋巴细胞浸润 ,以及胎盘合体滋养细胞 ICAM- 1表达增强。提示 ICAM- 1介导的免疫机制在妊高征的发病中可能有重要作用。In order to investigate the expressions of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 in decidua and placenta in the patients with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome (PIH), deciduas and placentas were obtained from 24 patients with moderate or severe PIH and 20 normal pregnant women. The expression of ICAM-1 in deciduas and placentas was detected by using immunohistochemistry methods. It was found that ICAM-1 positive cytotrophoblasts could invaded into the vessels of the decidua from the PIH patients and that lymphocytes infiltrated in or around these vessels (P<0 05). The synciotrophoblast staining for ICAM-1 in placenta from the PIH patients was significantly stronger than that from normal pregnancy (P<0.001). These findings suggest that ICAM-1 mediated immune mechanism might play an important role in the pathogenesis of PIH.
