系列低温堵剂性能的影响因素分析

摘　　要：以高分子量的聚丙烯酰胺作为主剂、以醋酸铬作为交联剂 ,研制出系列低温高强度堵剂 ,可适合于近井或远井地带的调剖堵水。系列低温高强度堵剂具有化学剂浓度低 ,成本低 ,成胶时间可控 (从几小时到几天 )。堵剂强度高 ,成胶后粘度大于 5 0 0 0 0mPa·s,突破压力梯度达到 5 0MPa/m等特点。A kind of gel for profile—modification, which will be cheap and fit for reservoirs with low temperature, is studied. The gel is made of polymer with high molecular weight and crosslinker chromium(Ⅲ). It can be used both for reservoir profile—modification and mobility control. The experimental results indicate that the gel has good characteristics of proper gel time, wide adaptability, low cost and good stability. It can meet the needs of quick gelation in low temperature reservoir.
