摘　　要：F32 0型钻机在我国石油行业中发挥了积极的作用 ,随着钻井技术的不断提高和钻井生产需求 ,这些钻机已经远远不能满足需要 ,通过对 F32 0型钻机的技术改造 ,说明了改造钻机的必要性和改造后钻机的优良性能 ,为今后 F32 0型钻机的技术改进提供了经验。With the development of drilling technology and oil production,model F320 3DH drilling rig becomes far less than satisfied although it had made positive contribution to China's oil production in the past. The reforming necessity and result are presented through a particular F320 3DH drilling rig reform.The experiences obtained will be useful for mass reform of the rigs.
