聚丙烯装置膜分离单元操作因素分析

摘　　要：为了回收脱气仓尾气中的丙烯 ,在聚丙烯装置上采用了膜分离技术。针对表征膜性能的分离因子和影响膜分离单元丙烯回收率的操作因素 :压力比、温度及原料气入口丙烯浓度进行了分析计算 ,以探讨进一步完善工艺操作 ,挖掘生产潜力 ,提高装置经济效益的可能性。In order to recover propylene from the tail gas, the membrane separation technology had been applied. The factors that affect propylene recovery of membrane separation unit, such as pressure ration, temperature and propylene concentration in feed gas had been investigated to find out the possibility of improving on operation developing of productive potential and increasing of economic benefit.
