亚麻湿法纺纱废水回用处理技术试验研究

摘　　要：对亚麻湿法纺纱废水中的纺纱废水、煮漂废水和空调水3种废水进行分流预处理后废水采用以混凝沉淀法为主体的组合处理工艺 ,处理后废水COD、SS和色度的去除率分别为87.0%、88.9%和93.5 %。处理后水质不仅能达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—96)的要求 ,且能满足工艺用水要求 ,可全部回用于生产 ,实现废水零排放。After treating the sewage of spinning,boiled bleach and air conditioner respectively which are included in linen wet spinning waste water,we adopt the combined treating technological method,in which the core is coagulating sedimentation,to the waste water After that,the elimination rate of COD,SS and chromaticity in the treated waste is 87.0%,88.9% and 93.5% respectively.The waste quality of the treated waste water can not only reach the require of sewage comprehensive discharge standard(GB8978-86),but also satisfy the require of technical water.Therefore,it can be recycled wholly in production and zero release can be realized.
