摘  要:介绍了反相高效液相色谱检测土壤中咪草烟的方法。该方法对咪草烟在土壤中的回收率为 82.0%— 84.73%,最小检出浓度为 0.01 mg· kg(-1)。A new method for determination residues of imazethapyr in soil by reversed- phase high performance liquid chromatography was developed. The residue was extracted by a mixture of methanol plus carbonate buffer, and cleaned up by liquid- liquid partition. The quantification of the herbicide residue was established by reversed- phase high performance chromatography with a C18 column, a mixture of methanol+ water+ acetic acid (70+ 30+ 1% ,v/v/v) as mobile phase, with detection of UV wavelength at 230 nm. The result showed that the recovery was in a range of 82.0%— 84.73%, with a minimum detection limit of 0.01mg· kg(-1).
