北京地区人乳有机氯农药蓄积水平的动态研究

摘　　要：目的本研究对北京地区1982～1998年人群体内有机氯农药DDT、BHC的蓄积水平及动态变化进行了跟踪调查 ,对我国1983年停用DDT、BHC的效果进行综合评价。方法于1982～1989、1991、1993及1998年采集四城区产妇母乳 ,按照我国生物监测统一方法测定DDT、666含量。结果北京地区1982～1998年人乳脂肪含量在3 %左右。pp_DDD、op_DDT的平均浓度从1985年开始小于0.10mg/kg 并持续至1998年 ,pp'_DDT从1982年的1.80mg/kg 下降至1998年的0.24mg/kg ,pp_DDE由5.87mg/kg下降至1.72mg/kg ,总DDT由7.71mg/kg下降至2.04mg/kg ;α与γ_BHC在停用农药2年后 ,平均浓度小于0.01mg/kg并持续至1998年 ,β_BHC和总_BHC的平均浓度分别从1983年的9.66mg/kg和10.1mg/kg下降至1998年的1.18mg/kg ;HCB含量的平均浓度在0.04～0.07mg/kg之间。结论自1983年停用有机氯农药 (DDT、BHC)以后 ,人乳中的含量呈现明显的下降趋势。但1998年的蓄积水平与国外相比仍处于较高水平。因此 ,继续对人乳中的DDT。Objective To study the accumulative levels and dynamic changes of organochlorine pesticides in the mothers'milk in Beijing from 1982 to 1998, the general evaluation of the effect of prohibition and restriction on use of DDT and BHC(666) in China in 1983 was given in this paper. Method The milk samples were respectively collected from women during lactation period in four districts of Beijing from 1982 to 1989, in 1991, in 1993 and in 1998, and the contents of DDT and 666 in breast milk were determined according to the standard methed of biology_monitoring to PR China. Results The average fat content of the mothers'milk was about 3% from 1982 to 1998 in Beijing. The average concentration of pp_DDD and op_DDT in 1985 was less than 0.10 mg/kg which was kept till 1998. The average concentration of pp'_ DDT decreased from 1.80 mg/kg in 1982 to 0.24 mg/kg in 1998 and that of pp_DDE descended from 5.87 mg/kg to 1.72 mg/kg and the total concentration of DDT dropped from 7.71 mg/kg to 2.04 mg/kg. Within two years after prohibition of organochlorine pesticides, the average concentration of α_BHC and β_BHC was less than 0.01 mg/kg which remained till 1998 and that of β_BHC and total BHC fell respectively from 9.66 mg/kg and 10.1 mg/kg in 1983 to 1.18 mg/kg in 1998. Also, the average concentration of HCB was kept between 0.04 mg/kg and 0.07 mg/kg.Conclusion The DDT and BHC contents had declined since the DDT and BHC were prohibited in 1983. However, the accumulative concentrations of DDT and BHC in 1998 was much higher than that of some foreign countries. Therefore, it is still very important to keep monitoring the contents of DDT and BHC in the mothers'milk.
