添加酶制剂对青贮玉米秸采食量和瘤胃内降解的影响

摘　　要：本研究探讨了添加酶制剂对青贮玉米秸采食量和瘤胃内降解特性的影响。试验设 4个处理 ,分别添加酶制剂 0 (C)、5 0 0 (LE)、75 0 (ME)、1 0 0 0 (HE)ml/t原料 (DM)。用 4头装有永久瘤胃瘘管的青年湖羊 ,按 4× 4拉丁方设计进行试验。添加酶制剂的各试验组均提高了青贮玉米秸的采食量 (DMI) ,分别比对照组提高 1 4 .8%、1 2 .6%和 3 6.9% ,HE组与对照组差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。各组青贮料DM在瘤胃内的快速降解部分分别为 2 3 .8%、2 3 .0 %、2 6.6%和 2 9.5 % ,HE组较对照组显著提高 (P <0 .0 5 )。各组青贮料的DM和NDF在瘤胃内的缓慢降解部分、降解速度及 4 8小时的降解率 ,各组间无显著差异。添加酶制剂对瘤胃液的各项参数无显著影响 ,但试验组的乙酸、丙酸和总挥发性脂肪酸 (TVFA)的浓度随酶制剂用量的增加而逐步提高 ,丙酸的比例逐步提高 。The enzyme was added at four levels,0(control,C ),500(LE),750(ME),1000(HE)ml/t corn stover(DM basis)respectively.The experiment was designed as a 4×4 Latin square arrangement,four young male sheep equipped with a rument cannulae were used.Enzyme addition resulted in an increased DMI by 14.8%,12.6% and 36.9% for groups LE,ME and HE respectively,compared to the control.Significant difference(P<0.05)was observed between groups HE and C.While degradation of DM and NDF at 48h incubation did not show difference between the silages,the rapidly degradable fraction for both DM and NDF increased with increment in level of enzyme addition,there was a significant difference(P<0.05) between groups HE and C.
