摘　　要：结合工程实例论述了异形柱框轻结构钢筋混凝土模壳密肋楼盖体系在住宅中的应用,并对照传统砖混结构提出了该体系的几大优点,认为该住宅体系是砖混结构的优选替代。This article will deal with how the system of lightweight framed structures with special -shaped reinforced concrete columns and reinforced concrete muitipanel waffe slab are applied to the apartment-building according to the actual example of projects.And it will also put forward several advantages of this system by contrasting this to that of traditional masonry structure. I think that this system of the dwelling-house will be the substitute for masonry structure for preference.
