西部绿洲历史文化名城保护开发的实例研究——以河西走廊全国历史文化名城张掖为例

摘　　要：在“西部大开发”的背景下 ,伴随着城市开发的热潮 ,西部绿洲历史文化名城保护工作困难日重 ,许多名城正在重蹈一些东部历史文化名城开发失误的覆辙。以河西走廊国家级历史文化名城张掖为例 ,探讨了当地城市建设中历史文化名城保护开发的一些思路 ,如保护城市绿洲生态基底 ,处理好“保护”与“开发”的关系 ,将旅游业的开发与城市历史文化特色的涵养结合起来 ,实施积极的名城保护投资策略等 。With the implementing the Western Development strategy, protecting the famous historical and cultural city of oasis becomes more and more difficult. The authors taking Zhangye City on the silk road as the case study its basic characteristics by analyzing its historical and contemporary economic and cultural values. Also, this paper gives some suggestions related to protection and development, such as how to control the deterioration of the ecological environment of the city of oasis, how to combine the development of tourism and historical and cultural characteristics of the city, etc.
