摘　　要：目的　探讨经阴道彩色多普勒能量显像 (TV CDE)对绝经后子宫出血疾病的诊断价值。方法对 136例绝经后子宫出血妇女进行了TV CDE检查 ,观察子宫内膜厚度、内膜回声及血流变化。结果　TV CDE测量内膜厚度 <5mm不做诊刮 ,定期观察 ;内膜癌和良性病变的血流显示率、动脉RI值和PI值差异均有显著性意义 (P均 <0 .0 5 )。结论　TVObjective To explore the diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal color Doppler energy imaging(TV CDE) in the detection of endometrial abnormalities in women with postmenopausal bleeding.Methods One hundred and thirty six patients with postmenopausal bleeding were examined with TV CDE,and endometrial thickness,echotexture ,blood flow characteristics were evaluated.Results An endometrial thickness<5 mm was associated with normal or benign condition,which suggested that curettage might not be necessary in this situation.Visualization of abnormal blood flow within the endometrial carcinoma,RI and PI constituted a statistical difference compared with that of benign endometrium (P< 0.05 ).Conclusions TV CDE could be implemented as a routine first step procedure in patients with postmenopausal bleeding.
