摘 要:目的 评价心肌对比超声心动图测定心肌血流量的可行性。方法 建立急性心肌梗死犬模型 ,以放射性微球测定的心肌血流量为“金标准” ,经外周静脉持续滴注微泡造影剂 ,通过计算平台声强度 (A )和微泡再充填速率 ( β)测定心肌相对血流量。结果 放射性微球法所测的心肌血流量和心肌对比超声心动图测定的A·β值相关良好 (r =0 .81,P =0 .0 0 1)。Objective To evaluate the feasibility of myocardial contrast echocardiography(MCE) in the quantification of myocardial blood flow (MBF).Methods The proximal of left anterior descending coronary artery was ligated to create acute myocardial infarction model.Infarction zone was determined by pathological staining.Radiolabeled microsphere derived MBF was used as 'golden standard' to compare with A·β.Microbubbles were administered as a constant venous infusion,and MCE was performed with the use of different pulse intervals.The video intensity versus pulsing interval plots derived from each myocardial pixel were fitted to an exponential function: y=A(1 e -βt ),where A reflects microvascular cross sectional area(or myocardial blood volume),and β reflects mean myocardial microbubble velocity.The product of A·β represents MBF.Results Referring to the normal regions,there was good correlation between MBF and A·β (r= 0.81 ,P= 0.001 ).Conclusions MCE can be used to quantify myocardial blood flow with constant venous infusion of microbubbles.
