摘　　要：水压胀塞是检验锅炉 ,压力容器受压部件耐压质量的重要工具 ,保证该工具在生产中的安全可靠性是问题的关键 ,本文就水压胀塞的设计结构进行了详细介绍 ,并给出预紧力计算方法 。The paper deals with the in-expanding plug in water pressure test which is used in the boilers and pressure vessels as a kind of important water pressure test tools.It introduces the plug′s designing methods and it′s applications. In detail at the same times, It also analyses the actual loadings and forces and makes strength calculating for the important parts of the tools.
