摘  要:二级串联压电双晶片 (串联臂 )一端固定时 ,在相位差为π/2的偏置方波信号驱动下 ,自由端将沿椭圆轨迹运动。以串联臂为驱动元件 ,可用来驱动端面与其相接触的转子转动 ,构成串联臂压电微电机。对单路方波信号分频 ,可产生双路相位差为π/2的方波信号 ,对信号进行放大 ,构成相位差为π/2的偏置方波驱动信号。Driven by two signals of biased bar with phase difference of π/2, the free end of a cantilever (named as series bending arm) composed of two series piezoelectric bimorphs will move along an elliptic orbit when the other end is fixed. When the cantilever is used to drive a cylinder rotator, of which the end surface contact the free end of the cantilever, the rotator will rotate. Thus a micromotor driven by cantilevers composed of series piezoelectric bimorphs can be manufactured. When one bar signal is processed with frequency division, two bar signal with phase difference of π/2 can be generated and these two bar signals can be changed into biased bar signal with phase difference of π/2 when they are amplified.
