摘  要:本文运用计算机仿真和体模实验方法研究了由四个压电圆片振子构成的自聚焦超声场声压分布特点。研究结果表明 :该超声场具有较好的深部聚焦特性 ,焦点位于自聚焦几何中心附近 ,直径约 5 mm;该装置可在短时间 (2 0 s)内将焦点温度由室温 2 0℃加热至 42~ 45℃范围 (最高温度达 5 9℃ ,每单元超声功率为 40 W) ,适用于深部肿瘤的热疗。In this paper, four-element auto-focused ultrasonic applicator and its heat distribution are researched. The applicator is consisted of four circular disk piezoelectric oscillators which with same diameter. The study results show that: the applicator has a good focus character in the deep tissue region. The ultrasound focus located at the nearby of the auto-focused geometric center. The diameter of the focus is about 5mm. The applicator is able to heat the focus region for a short time (20 seconds) with ultrasonic power about 40 Watts per disk, from the started temperature of 20℃ to reach the temperature of about 42~45℃(the highest temperature was about 59℃), which met to the need of hyperthermic oncology of deep sited tumor.
