摘 要:提出了刚体导引机构综合的标线旋转法及应用于双摇杆机构可视化的转换机架法。根据当今计算机计算速度快、存储量大、检索与图形能力强等特点 ,编制了一套刚体导引机构综合的设计软件。应用该设计软件对刚体导引机构进行了综合与仿真 ,可得到一系列满意的解 ,证明所提出的方法的正确性与可行性 ,实现了刚体导引机构综合的自动化与可视化 ,并实现了多解。This paper put forward a graticule ratation method for the synthesis of rigid-body guiding mechanism and a changing frame method being applied to the visualization of double-rocker mechanism.A set of designing software for the synthesis of rigid-body guidance mechanism was compiled in the light of the characteristics of quick computing speed of present time computer and of its huge memory capacity and strong ability in retrieval and figuring.A series of satisfactory solutions can be obtained by carrying out synthesis and simulation on rigid-body guidance mechanism by applying this designing software.Thus verified the correctness and feasibility of the presented method and realized the automation and visualization of synthesis on rigid-body guidance mechanism.
