肠胃清口服液根除幽门螺杆菌的疗效观察和实验研究

摘　　要：为评估肠胃清口服液治疗慢性胃炎合并HP感染的作用。将 99例患者以信封法随机分为治疗组 (A) 5 1例 ,对照组 (B) 4 8例 ,分别给予中药肠胃清口服液和西药“三联”(德诺、阿莫西林、甲硝唑 )治疗 ,疗程均 2W。结果 :两组HP根除率分别为 78 43 %和 83 33 % (P >0 0 5 ) ;症状缓解率为 86 2 7%～ 94 12 %和 6 2 5 0 %～ 79 17% (P <0 0 5 )。纸片扩散法显示肠胃清口服液对HP高度敏感。In order to evaluate the function of 'Intestine and Stomach Cleaning Oral Liquid'in treating chronic gastritis complicated with infection of H.Pylori,99 cases were randomly divided into 51 cases in the treatment group(A) and 48 cases in the control group(B) and treated respectively by'Intestine and Stomach Cleaning Oral Liquid'and medications of 'three combinations'(De nol Tablets,Amoxycillin Capsules and Tabellae metronidazoli)for 2 weeks.The results showed that the eradicating rate of H.pylori was respectively 78 43% and 83 33%( P >0 05)in two groups and that the symptom relieving rate was respectively 86 27%～94 12% and 62 5%～79 17%( P <0 05)in the two groups.The paper strip method indicates that'Intestine and Stomach Cleaning Oral Liquid'is highly sensitive to H.pylori,indicating that it has a better therapeutic effect for the patients with chronic gastritis in positive H.Pylori.
