安徽省1989～2000年脊髓灰质炎实验室监测分析

摘　　要：报告了安徽省 1989年开展脊髓灰质炎实验室检测工作以来 ,至 2 0 0 0年共采集AFP病例粪便标本185 6例 ,178例分离出脊灰病毒 ,分离率 9.5 % ;318例分离出非脊灰的其它病毒 ,分离率 17.13% ;分离病毒总数 490例 ,分离总阳性率为 2 6 .40 %。 1994年～ 1998年共采集 40 7例 195 3份AFP接触者粪便标本 ,5例分离出脊灰病毒 (1.2 3% ) ;10 7例病例分离出非脊灰的其它病毒 (2 6 .2 9% ) ;1989年～ 1994年共采集早期血清标本 6 85份 ,ELISA法进行IgM抗体测定 ,15 0例阳性 ,1990年、1993年、1997年对 2 5 72份血清进行脊灰中和抗体测定 ,抗体阳性率已达 99% ,有力地证实我省脊灰免疫工作取得了满意的效果。The paper reported detection results of Anhui polio laboratory since 1989. 1856 AFP cases were collected stool samples in 1989-2000 in Anhui. Polioviruses were isolated from 178 cases. The isolation rate was 9.5%. Non-polio viruses were isolated from 318 cases. The isolated rate was 17.13%. There were 490 viruses in total, general isolation rate was 26.40%. 1953 stool samples were collected from the contacts of 407 AFP cases in 1994-1998. Polio virus were isolated from the contacts samples of 5 AFP cases (1.23%), non-polio viruses were isolated from the contacts samples of 107 AFP cases (26.29%). 685 serum samples were collected to test antibody concentration of polio in 1990, 1993 and 1997, the positive rate of polio antibody reached 99%. All facts indicated that great effect of polio immunization has been made in Anhui.
