功能性外固定器的研制及临床应用

摘　　要：应用自行研制的功能性外固定器治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折 32例。经过 4～ 15个月随访 ,复位质量优良率达 94% ,1年后随访功能优良率达 97% ,骨折愈合时间 8～ 12周 ,平均 11周。观察认为该固定器具有延长、加压、旋转、平移、调整角度等功能 ,穿针方式不受限 ,不易脱针 ,固定牢 ,不需特殊工具 ,操作简单 ,且穿针固定后不影响整复 。Objection: To observe the therapeutic effect of the functional external fixator on the treatment of distal radial fracture. Methods: Thirty two cases with distal unstable radial fracture were treated with self made functional external fixator. Results: The fine percentage of the reposition after 4～15 months following up was 94%, and the fine percentage of the function after 1 year following up was 97%, the time of the functional recover was equally 4.8 months, while the time of the union was 8～12 weeks. Conclusion: This fixator can treat distal radial fracture, it has the functions of prolongation, pressurization, rotation, adjusting angles, and has the advantages of simple operation without the influence upon the manual reduction, stable fixation. Because of special characteristics of the fixator such as light weight, small volume, unique three dimensional geometric shape, the stablility of the fixator was guaranteed.
