急性颅脑损伤患者血清sICAM-1的检测意义

摘　　要：采用 EL ISA法检测 40例急性颅脑损伤患者和 2 0例正常健康人血清中的 sl CAM- 1水平。结果显示 ,重型急性颅脑损伤组血清 s ICAM- 1含量 ( 4 34.39± 1 1 4.0 5 μg/L)显著高于正常对照组 ( 2 91 .78±39.1 8μg/L ) ,P<0 .0 1 ,亦显著高于轻型急性颅脑损伤组 ( 30 6.0 8± 5 2 .0 3μg/L ) ,P<0 .0 1。而轻型颅脑损伤组与正常对照组之间无显著性差异 ,P>0 .0 5。提示急性颅脑损伤患者血清 s ICAM- 1的测定可用于早期评估脑损伤严重程度。To investigate the levels of serum sICAM-1 of 40 acute head injury cases and 20 healthy controls with sandwich-ELISA,The results showed that the levels of sICAM-1 in severe head injury(439 39±114 05 μg/L)were remarkably higher than those in healthy controls(291 78±39 18 μg/L),P<0 01,also remarkably higher than minor head injury(306 08±52 03 μg/L),P<0 01,No sighificant difference was noted between sICAM-1 levels in healthy controls and minor head injury, P>0 05.These suggest that the derectation of serum sICAM-1 levels can early estimate the degree of brain injury of patients with acute head trauma.
