肾功能不全合并呃逆的研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究中西医结合治疗肾功能不全合并呃逆的效果。方法 :对 39例肾功能不全合并呃逆的患者 ,进行了前瞻性的治疗研究 ,进行个体化血液透析、针刺与药物治疗。结果 :经血液透析、针刺、药物治疗后 39例患者病情明显好转 ,呃逆消失。 16例急性肾功能衰竭症状逐渐消失 ,尿量增多 ,恢复正常 ,血肌酐 (Scr)和尿素氮 (BUN)分别由 6 95 .5～ 12 48.5 6μm ol/L和 2 2 .9～ 33.6 mm ol/L降至正常。 2 3例慢性肾功能不全好转后出院。结论 :恰当血液透析、针刺、药物等综合治疗肾功能不全合并呃逆 。Objective: It is to study the effect of treatment with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on renal insufficiency complicated hiccup. Methods:Thirty nine patients of renal insufficiency complicated hiccup were selected to conduct a prospective therapeutic study. The inidividual treatments of hemodialysis, acupuncture and drugs were used. Results:After treatment of hemodialysis, acupuncture and drugs, 39 patients' conditions were improved apparently, and hiccup disappeared. The symptoms of 16 acute renal insufficiency patients disappeared, uric quantities increased and restored normal, Scr and BUN decreased from 695~1248.56μmol/L and 22.9~33.6mmol/L to normal. Conclusion:Appropriate comprehensive treatment of hemodialysis, acupuncture and drugs has a good therapeutic effect on renal insufficiency complicated hiccup.
