扶正抑瘤冲剂对放化疗的增效减毒作用研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究扶正抑瘤冲剂 (FZYL CJ)的抗癌作用及放化疗合并的增效减毒作用。方法 :以小鼠移植性肿瘤为模型 ,测定其抑瘤率、血象变化和免疫功能。结果 :扶正抑瘤冲剂对小鼠 S1 80 和 Heps具有明显的抑瘤作用 ,其抑瘤率分别为49.95 %和 35 .85 % ,能减轻 CTX和 6 0 Co引起的 WBC,RBC,Hb下降 ,提高免疫器官的质量、巨噬细胞的功能和血清溶血素的含量。结论 :扶正抑瘤冲剂与化疗或放疗合并使用 ,抗癌效果更佳 。Objective: It is to study the restraining effects of Fuzheng Yiliu Chongji(FZYLCJ) on tumor growth and therapeutic efficacy and toxicity caused by chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Methods: The inhibitory rate on tumor growth, variability of blood cell and immune function of the mouse model of tansplanting tumor were measured. Results: FZYLCJ had significant restraning effects on S 180 and Heps of mouse. Its inhibitory rates were 42.95% and 35.88%. It could reduce the decrement of the number of WBC, RBC and Hb which were caused by CTX and 60 Co, and enhance the weight of immune organ, the activity of macrophage and the level of serum hemolysin. Conclusion: FZYLCJ and enhance the therapeutic efficacy, and reduce side effects, which combined with chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy.\;
