摘　　要：目的 :探讨血管内溶栓治疗急性周围动脉阻塞性疾病的疗效与价值。方法 :对 14例血管阻塞性疾病进行国产尿激酶高剂量冲击疗法和短时间 (平均 5小时 )局部灌注溶栓治疗。结果 :14例急性血管阻塞性疾病完全或部分开通率达 10 0 %。无一例并发症。结论 :急性周围动脉栓塞性疾病选择性血管溶栓治疗应是首选方法 ,注意掌握适应证及禁忌证 ,以及插管操作技巧。Objective:To investigate the value and therapeutic effect of intravascular thrombolysis in acute peripheral arterial occlusion.Methods:Highdose and short time of urokinase made in china were used in 14 cases with thromboembolic occlusion of vessel.Results:Complete or partial of the initial patency rate was 100% in 14cases with acute thromboembolic occlusion of vessel.without complication in any cases.Conclusion:Selective intravascular thrombolysis is the first method in acute peripheral arteral occlusion.intention masting the indications,contraindications and the skill of technical procedures
