高接枝率低凝胶含量的马来酸酐改性聚乙烯的制备

摘　　要：研究了亚磷酸二苯酯对马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯接枝率及凝胶含量的影响 ,发现其有很好的抑制交联的作用 ,在体系中添加亚磷酸二苯酯可以使产物的接枝率下降到 0。同时研究了工艺条件对接枝物的影响 ,通过采用亚磷酸二苯酯并控制其投料时间 ,制备了高接枝率 。Influences of diphenyl phosphite on grafting ratio and gel content of maleic anhydride(MAH) grafted low density polyethylene(LDPE)(MAH-g-LDPE) were investigated.It was found that diphenyl phosphite had good suppression effect on crosslinking;presence of diphenyl phosphite in the reaction system of LDPE/MAH/peroxide decreased the gel content to zero.Influences of process conditions on MAH-g-LDPE were also studied.With the incorporation of diphenyl phosphite and the control of feeding time,MAH-g-LDPE with high grafting ratio and low gel content was prepared.
