摘 要:制备了不同配比的ABS/PMMA合金,分别研究了PMMA含量、粘度对合金的缺口冲击强度、拉伸强度、热变形温度、熔体流动速率等性能的影响。结果表明:ABS中引入PMMA可以提高耐热性能;ABS与PMMA共混能提高PMMA的力学性能特别是缺口冲击强度,当ABS/PMMA中PMMA为20%时,共混物具有最优的力学性能;一般情况下,ABS/PMMA合金的流动性介于ABS和PMMA的流动性之间,采用高粘度PMMA的合金性能较佳。ABS/PMMA alloys with different blending ratio were prepared. The influences of the usage and viscosity of PMMA on the impact strength, tensile strength at break, elongation at break, HDT ,MFR , module of alloy were studied. Results showed that the addition of PMMA into ABS can enhance heat resistance of ABS. When blended with ABS,the mechanical property,especially the IZOD notch impact strength, of PMMA was greatly improved. Alloys with excellent mechanical property can be achieved when the PMMA content was 20% in the ABS alloy. The flowability of ABS/PMMA lied between the flowability of ABS and that of PMMA. Alloys with high viscous PMMA showed better properties.
