摘  要:针对长堤油田桩 1块Ng6层油藏高含水 ,且在部分区域存在剩余油的实际情况 ,利用水平井开发剩余油。实施的 4口水平井累计产油 3 75× 10 4 t ,提高采收率 3 75 % ,增加可采储量 13 9× 10 4 t。分析认为 :油藏含油饱和度、原油粘度、次生底水、周围老井开采程度以及采液强度是影响其产能及含水上升率的主要因素 ;在水平井地质设计时 ,应避开老井水锥影响半径影响区域 ,并尽量保持水平段远离油层底部 ;在生产过程中 ,应合理减缓含水上升速度 ,并选择合适的提液时机 。Horizontal wells are drilled to tap residual oil existing in some areas of Changdi oilfield and to tackle with high watercut in Ng formation, Zhuang 1 block. These 4 horizontal wells have produced 3.75×10 4 t oil , improve recovery 3. 75% and improve recoverable reserve 13.9×10 4 t. Analysis shows the main factors affecting recovery and fluids produced, they are reservoir oil saturation, oil viscosity, secondary bottom water, recovery degrees of peripheral offset wells. As such, influenced radius and area of water conning should be avoided and the horizontal section should be as far from formation bottom as possible in the geological designing of horizontal wells. In addition, watercut increase rate should be slowed down reasonably in operation and select suitable fluids pumping time so as to reach expected final recovery.
