摘  要:针对现河采油厂在利用老井开窗侧钻技术过程中出现的许多问题 ,如套管漏失、电缆传输射孔遇阻、改层、合理生产参数确定及油井出砂等问题 ,从侧钻井井身结构及长期开发的老套管腐蚀、变形等多方面因素入手 ,深入分析了出现问题的原因 ,提出了从完井要求、施工管柱及相关工艺工具的配套方案。主要研究了超细水泥修复治理套管破损技术 ,小套管深穿透完井射孔技术 ,并通过计算射孔孔眼处流速变化及孔眼处摩阻压力损失 ,提出了小套管井生产的合理生产方式 ;同时 ,开展小井眼防砂技术研究 ;并从实际作业。Many problems have been encountered in side tracking of old wells in Xianhe Oil Production Factory, including casing leak, cable transmission penetration restriction, formation change, reasonable production parameters determination, sand producing and the etc. Starting from well structure of side tracking well, casing corrosion and deformation, reasons leading to these problems have been analyzed thoroughly and complimentary programs presented from completion requirements, construction pipe and related technique/tools. Main research targets include: repairing casing leak with extra fine cement, completion & deep penetration technology for small sized casing, reasonable production pattern for small sized casing by calculating flow rate alteration and hole friction pressure loss, sand packing for small hole, and regulated construction procedures for side tracking developed in terms of actual operation & oil production.
