摘  要:研究开发的 Oil Hyd(Oilgomerization- Hydrogenation)工艺 ,利用石化企业的碳四资源 ,经过两段齐聚 -加氢生产工业异辛烷 ,解决我国因执行新汽油标准引起的车用汽油总体辛烷值不足问题 ;联产的丁烷是车用 LPG的主要组份 ,为我国城市“油改气”提供燃料。齐聚使用T- 99固体磷酸催化剂 ,加氢采用 XT42 2 - 2镍基耐硫加氢催化剂 ,反应过程本身是清洁工艺。齐聚采用超临界 (SPC)和近临界 (SBC)相态结合的反应技术 ,催化剂运转寿命和二聚物选择性明显提高。Oil Hyd产物硫含量在 2 0 mg·kg-1左右 ;烯烃含量在 1 0 %左右 ,烯烃中三甲基戊烯 (TMP=)含量 67% ;烷烃含量 90 %左右 ,烷烃中三甲基戊烷 (TMP)占 96% ;发动机台架评定 RON>1 0OilHyd(Oilgomerization Hydrogenation)process utilizes butylenes from petrochemical processes to solve the problem of octane shortage in gasoline so as to comply with the new specification for gasoline.It attains this by obtaining industrial isooctane via two stage oilgomerization and hydrogenation.The co product butane is the main component of automotive LPG.This process will be helpful to the campaign of “replacing gasoline by natural gas”in many cities of China.As a “clean”process,it employs T 99 solid phosphoric acid catalyst and XT422 2 hydrogenation catalyst.In oilgomerization,supercritical and subcritical phases technology is adopted so that catalyst life and selectivity to dimerization products are greatly improved.The products of OilHyd process contain about 90% alkanes,20mg·kg -1 sulfur and 10% olefins.The unreacted olefins contain 67% trimethylpentene(TMP =).About 96% of the alkanes in the products are trimethylpentane(TMP).Motor gantry tests on the product showed RON of more than 100.
