摘　　要：国家西部大开发战略的实施 ,为包头市带来了良好的发展机遇 ,本文阐述了加快优良牧草种子基地建设与生态建设和农业产业结构调整二者的相互关系 ,并提出相关规划及措施 ,只有通过加快优良牧草种子基地建设将我市生态建设与农业产业结构调整有机的统一和协调发展 ,才能获得我市在实施西部大开发战略中生态建设与农业产业结构调整的双赢。The execution of the strategy of the western great exploitation provide many development chances for bao-tou.this paper dealt with the relationships between accelerating construction of bettet-selecting seed base of herbage as well as construction of ecological environment and adjustment of agricultural structure,and established interrelated planning and measures for it.Only when construction of ecological environment and adjustment of agricultural structure are united organically by accelerating to found seed bases of herbage,can the double harvest both of them in our city be finished in western great exploitation.
