尿胰蛋白酶原-2快速检测用于筛选急性胰腺炎

摘　　要：对 5 7例急性腹痛、恶心、呕吐的急腹症病人进行尿胰蛋白酶原 - 2快速测定。在 18例确诊为急性胰腺炎的病例中 ,有 17例尿胰蛋白酶原 - 2阳性 ,其敏感性 94 4% ,在 39例非急性胰腺炎的病中 ,有 3例假阳性 ,特异性为 92 3%A total of 57 consecutive patients presenting with abdominal pain at the emergency department was tested with urinary trypsinogen-2 dipstick test.The results showed that in 18 patients the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis could be established.The sensitivity and specificity of the urinary trypsinogen-2 test strip were 94 4 and 92 3 percent,respectively.
