摘　　要：通过对秘书业腐败现象的剖析 ,分析了秘书立法的客观必要性 ,认为秘书职业化是提高秘书队伍的整体素质和防止秘书腐败的基本途径 ,也是发展趋势 ,而秘书立法是秘书职业化的基本保障。On the base of analysis of secretary corruption phenomenon, the objective necessity of secretary legislation is analyzed here. The paper holds that the secretary professionalism is the primary way to improve the general quality of secretary group and prevent secretary corruption and is also the development trend. The secretary legislation is the fundamental guarantee of secretary professionalism.
