花岗石饰面工程中的几个关键问题

摘　　要：目前 ,花岗石外饰面采用的“干挂法”造价较高 ,建议采用单元式幕墙 ;在砖墙上“干挂”时 ,建议取消钢骨架 ,将挂件直接固定在墙上 ;对花岗石室内地面泛碱等现象 ,可采用硅胶灌缝或涂刷防护剂等对策。为避免石材墙面温度裂缝 ,可适当分格留缝。室内墙面可采用结构胶点粘结合铜丝绑扎工艺。Dry joint granite facing currently adopted is costly.It is proposed to adopt unit form curtain wall. When cladding on brick wall, steel joist is proposed to omit,instead,directly fixing anchors on the wall.Salt-petering could be overcome through filling with silica gel in the joint or coating with protective agent.In order to avoid temperature cracks,joint should be properly left. Point gluing together with copper wire fastening may be applied to interior walls.
