摘　　要：绿色制造是人类社会可持续发展战略在现代制造业的具体体现。与传统的多层超硬磨料砂轮和单层电镀超硬磨料砂轮相比 ,单层钎焊超硬磨料砂轮在节省资源、减少污染、保护环境方面具有明显优势 ,可替代传统砂轮和电镀砂轮 ,实现绿色磨削加工。The green manufacturing is an embodiment of the sustainable development of human society in the manufacturing industry. Comparing with traditional multi layer super abrasive wheels and electroplated mono layer super abrasive wheels, the brazed mono layer super abrasive wheels have remarkable dominances on reducing resource consumption and protecting environment, so that it can be used to replace traditional super abrasive wheels to realize the green grinding.
