摘　　要：本文主要介绍了金刚石复合片的结构 ,耐热性、机械性能 ,影响机械性能的主要因素及提高措施 ,检测其机械性能的方法 ,为金刚石复合片的工业应用提供一些参考。This paper mainly introduced polycrystalline diamond strength, heat resistance, mechanical properties and test methods of the same, and provided some suggestions of improvement for industry application of polycrystalline diamond.
