摘 要:本论文对复合镀钛———镍金刚石的可焊性及钎焊工艺进行了系统的研究。根据大量实验 ,得出了最佳的工艺曲线 ,以及不同温度下加热时间与可焊性的关系。利用体视显微镜和扫描电镜观察了钎焊试样的表面形貌和金刚石与基体之间的界面结合情况。结果表明 ,所选择的银基钎料最高钎焊温度是 90 0℃ ,最低钎焊温度是 650℃ ,且有温度越高钎焊时间越短的对应关系。钎焊后金刚石与基体之间的界面结合强度大于 14 0MPa。In this paper, the weldability of Ti/Ni compound coated diamond and the welding technology are studied. Based on many experiments, the optimum technique curve was obtained. The relationship between heating time and weldability at different temperature was discovered. The samples' surface and the interface between matrix and diamond were observed with microscope and SEM. The results showed that the compound coated diamond is weldable when the selected solder is used at the temperature from 650℃ to 900℃. And the higher the temperature, the shorter the welding time. The bonding strength of the interface between diamond and matrix is more than 140MPa.
