摘  要:超薄快速铸轧同常规铸轧相比 ,板形奇异机理复杂 ,板形现象突出。根据铸轧板形缺陷的表征特点 ,建立了铸轧板形的数学描述。将板形检测信号视为动态时间序列 ,运用自适应滤波理论 ,建立了一种通用的板形检测信号除噪方法。仿真结果表明该法除噪效果明显 ,能满足实时控制要求。The fast ultra thin gauge roll casting for aluminum strip rolling is a kind of highly efficient technology with obvious flatness phenomenon. The research focus in the roll casting field is to ascertain the cause of flatness defect and to seek the way of automatic flatness control. According to the characterization of roll casting strip shape, the mathematical expression of the roll casting flatness was established. Flatness detection signal was looked on as dynamic time series and by the theory of adaptive filtering a general method was developed to remove the harmful noise from the flatness detection signal. Simulation result proves that the method can be used in real time control with good effect.
