摘 要:研究了在钢件上包裹膏状渗剂涂层和保护涂层进行渗铌的工艺方法。遴选了催渗剂和粘结剂 ,用X 射线衍射法分析了渗层的相组成 ,并对渗层性能进行了测试。结果表明 ,渗剂涂层厚度只需要 1mm即可获得渗层 ,渗铌速度比盐浴法和固体法的都高。冰晶石有明显的催渗作用 ,其最佳含量为 10 %。渗剂涂层粘结剂用醇酸清漆最好 ,保护涂层粘结剂用硅溶胶较好。渗层为单一的NbC相 ,其耐磨性比GCr15钢基体高 3The process of niobiumizing with pasty niobiumizer coating and protect coating was researched.The energizer and binder were selected and the phase composition of niobiumized layer was analyzed with XRD,the properties of the layer was also tested.The results showed that the nibiumized layer can be formed when the paste coating is only 1mm thick.The paste method is faster than both salt bath and powder method.Addition to the paste cryolite has obvious energizing effect and its optimum content is 10%.The best binder is alkyd varnish.The layer is composed of single NbC phase,its wear resistance is 3 5 times higher than that of the matrix GCr15 steel.
