摘　　要：分析了制动蹄零件的冲压工艺 。The pressing process of the brake hoof was analyzed. The structure of the multi_position progressive die for forming the thick plate of the part was introduced. And the problems that need attention in the manufacturing of the die and the corresponding solutions were stated.
